Guest rooms are furnished with a double bed and will accommodate up to
2 people. Children under 18 years of age may stay in the same room with their
parents on cots or mattresses provided. Air mattresses are also acceptable.
When there are more than two children in the room, there is an addtional charge
of
$30 per child.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any of the buildings on the premises. If
smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in the container provided.
Reasonable consumption of alcoholic beverages is acceptable. Respectful behavior
toward other guests is required. Failure to comply with this request
of the Innkeeper could result in the offender being asked to vacate the premises
with no refund of accommodation charges.
With due respect to other guests, we ask that you maintain a quiet time between
the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Pets are allowed at the Innkeeper’s discretion.
A $100 deposit is required for B & B reservations more than 2 weeks in advance. This deposit will be
non-refundable if you cancel your reservations within 5 days
of your arrival. (See Rates page for deposit information on Vacation Rentals.) Payment may be made by cash
or check (preferred), traveler’s checks, money order, or credit card. We accept most major credit cards.
